Food is a large proportion of my life. I spend almost too much time thinking about it and certainly too much time eating it. With an endless array of independent coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and pop ups, London has really fuelled my search for great food.

My food partner in crime is Toby, my other half, personal chef and coffee tutor. He opened my eyes to the world of specialty coffee and I have not looked back. Coffee to me used to mean giant, sickly sweet flavoured lattes from Starbucks. Grim. Now it's a world of flavour and texture and slowly learning how to taste.
